- She uses MAKATON Sign language - a simple sign language to teach all children. Why? Because children not only listen and see, but also get to do the actions! This helps learning better. Also, because they practices INCLUSION learning, there might be special need student, so the MAKATON helps everyone!

- Adding (using the hand to make the shape of +)
- Take Away (using the hand to make the shape of -)
She uses ENCOURAGING WORDS to increase children's confidence and self-esteem
